The morning after pill is allways effective and more importantly safe.
Verry few people had side effects like vomiting with plan B, if you vomit within one hour of taking plan B, you might not have absorbed the medication in the pill. In that case you sould call your doctor, as you might need another dose.
After you’ve taken a dose of the morning pills, you should get your next period at your regular moment if not or a few days earlier or late.
If you are having a sexual intercourse while waiting your period make sure you use a condom or a contraceptive.
